Pretty cool...which avatar did you replace? I was dabbling with this before, but was annoyed that my custom avatar would be use by others who had picked the same avatar I chose to replace. Make sense?
Fred -- I think I'll just replace one that is very rarely used.
I'm thinking something along the line of the chicken - confused setting.

Hey Goat, im not sure how FT is, but when I use to this for my MMORPG, everytime they had a new update to download all the mods got erased, might wanna save a copy to your HDD just in case.
Ignore this if you know or have done this already.
So if you can change your own, can you change the way your opponents look also? Just swap file names with whatever they use? For example if I swapped out the donkey for say Eeyore, and someone used the donkey would it not appear as Eeyore?
This is great. Why not just post the PNG on the blog and then anybody can grab it?
